As a staff member you can expect:

  • Small office feel, with 10-12 onsite employees.
  • An approximate 30/70 split in time spent collaborating with a team vs working on your own.

  • Fairly quiet work environment most days. 
  • Typical office hours (Monday – Friday, generally 8:00am-5:00pm).
